Hi William,
Welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited that you’ll be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort this fall! Fall is my favorite season and I think it’s a great time to go because the weather begins to cool off and of course, you get the amazing fall decorations!
Since you’ve already linked your
Theme Park tickets and booked your
Disney Park Pass reservations, I think there’s one other thing that has to be asked. When you booked
Disney Genie+ Service, did you do it for the duration of the trip or did you only purchase it for one day? If you purchased it for the entire trip, you would have added the Service when you first bought your tickets. I would definitely call the
Existing Tickets help desk if you believe you bought the Service for your whole vacation and it’s not showing up.
If you don’t remember adding Disney Genie+ to every day of your vacation, then you might have only purchased it for one day and that could be why you’re seeing the error. If you’d like to purchase Disney Genie+ for other days,
just follow these steps!
Here are a few extra tips from my experience with Disney Genie+. When it comes time to book your reservations at 7:00 a.m. on the day(s) you have Disney Genie+, I suggest having an idea about what you’re going for prior to opening up the app. If you’re hoping to secure
Individual Lightning Lanes as well, I would go for those first, then select the
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lanes because the Individual Lightning Lanes tend to be booked very quickly. Also remember, you can book another Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane as soon as you tap into your attraction or two hours after you booked your last reservation, whichever comes first!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your fall vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
