    The app is not working for us. I need help booking my last day at disney along with Chef mickey for 4. We would like to go to Hollywood Studios on April 28th. is there a phone number i can call?

    Oh Boy! Your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort is only three days away! Put your party hat on to join The World's Most Magical Celebration 50 yEARS in the making! No matter which park you visit, look for the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make fun and unique photo opportunities for lasting memories.

    Gawrsh! Sounds like Stitch is messing with your devices! Hakuna Matata. Your fairy godmother is here to help troubleshoot and give you alternatives. First, many technical issues surrounding the My Disney Experience Mobile App involve updates. So first, let's make sure both your app and your smartphone are both updated. Log out of the app and back in after updating. If this does not solve your issue, I am going to recommend you log into your My Disney Experience online. After hovering on "My Disney Experience" look down to "Disney Park Pass System." Now, you should be on the Disney Park Pass Page. From here you can make your reservations. I would like to tell you, after doing a quick check of the Theme Park Availability Calendar, currently only Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and EPCOT are available. I would grab one of those before everything books up!

    Advance Dining Reservations are easy to search and reserve either through the mobile app or online as well. Here is your online link. Through the app, click on the "+" sign followed by "Check Dining Availability." Chef Mickey's is very popular, I suggest you have a few alternatives in mind when doing your search. I will give you this tip. If you cannot secure Chef Mickey's today, keep checking the app often. I find this especially true 24-48 before the day you would like to dine at any restaurant. Guests must cancel reservations 24 hours before a dining reservation to avoid paying a cash penalty.

    If you still need assistance, I suggest utilizing the chat feature either online or through the app to connect with a friendly Cast Member. Here is the Help Center Phone Directory. Personally, this would be my last choice as wait times have been historically long.
