    My app will not let me purchase Genie + because it is not recognizing our park reservations in the app. Our tickets are linked into the app, but i cannot find how to get the app to connect with our reservations. Thanks

    Welcome to planDisney Tina! Thank you for stopping by with your very important question. We are excited to help figure out the best way to purchase Genie+.

    Genie Service is one of the newest planning tools to customize your day at all four Walt Disney World theme parks. You can easily find Genie on your My Disney Experience App. You can select interests based on your park and specific day and Genie will create a personalized itinerary according to your selections. But for me the star of the show is Genie+. I cannot tell you how much I love this service. Each day you have a reservation and park admission you can purchase Genie+ as early as  7 a.m.

    Once you have made a park reservation you can link them up with your tickets. You can find this in the My Disney Experience app under "My Plans." If you are still having issues linking your reservations you can always Call Walt Disney World. Use this link and call the My Disney Experience phone number.

    You are visiting during one of my favorite seasons and I would recommend visiting Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. This festival offers wonderful Outdoor Kitchens with some of the best seasonal offerings Disney has during the entire year. Topiary displays, exhibits, and gardens. Garden Rocks Dining Packages are available and ensure you a guaranteed seat for the concert performance that day.
