Hello Marisela! That
My Disney Experience app is a vacation planner’s dream come true! The app is your one-touch planning resource! It will keep your ticket information, dining reservations, future plans, park information, mobile food orders, and even provide you with tips for planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation days! I’ll guide you to finding your Walt Disney World resort hotel reservation on your app!
Start by tapping the My Disney Experience app from your home screen. You should see a series of “tiles” appear which contain various headings. If you don’t see the tiles, then you will want to tap the menu (three horizontal lines in the bottom right of your screen). When the tiles appear, you will want to tap on the tile that states, “Resort Hotel.” When you do, you should see your hotel information appear. If you scroll down just a bit, you should see your reservation number.
Now, if your information doesn’t appear, you’re most likely seeing a screen directing you to “link” your information such as “Ticket Media” or “Link Resort.” If you’re being prompted to link your information, then you should find your reservation number in the confirmation email that you received after booking your resort. Enter that reservation number in the box that states, “Confirmation Number” and then enter your last name in the box that states, “Last Name on Reservation.” Then tap “Link Resort.” From that point forward your information will be linked in your My Disney Experience app!
I hope this is helpful information, Marisela! Don’t forget that you can also use your app to complete your
online resort check-in weeks before your vacation begins! Doing so will allow you to skip the front desk check-in and report directly to your resort room once it is ready!
Happy planning!
