Hey there, Paula, and welcome to planDisney! Tech issues are the worst - I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble finding your
Disneyland mobile app. It will be such a helpful resource for your upcoming trip next week, so let's see if we can figure out what happened to it!
First, this will largely depend on whether you have an Android or Apple phone, but the first thing I would do would be to search for the app using your phone's search functionality. If it doesn't turn up from an initial search then I would recommend trying to re-download the Disneyland mobile app from your phone's official app store.
If you're unsure how to do either of these steps then I would recommend a quick search on your favorite search engine or reaching out to your phone carrier's support line! I would imagine there would be a quick and easy fix for this issue.
Once you get this solved and are back in your mobile app, my favorite tab to use when I'm actually in the parks is the map tab (the "map pin" icon next to the home icon). In this section of the app, you can see live wait times, you can see where you are in the parks if you have your location services enabled for the Disneyland mobile app, and on there is a drop-down arrow on the top bar that allows you to switch to see other options like
Restrooms,
Dining, and
PhotoPass spots!
