Apologies. We forgot to save the photos from the oogie boogie bash. They expired 10/27/24. We would be very grateful if there is anyway to retrieve them. That was our first time. Thank you in advance!

Hi Michael! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

I hope you had a spooky good time at your first Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party. What was your favorite part: villains, the parade, special menu items? In our experience, specially ticketed events are always extra special. Follow the Disney Parks Blog for news of upcoming events, so you can be one of the first in line to purchase your admission tickets.

Disney's PhotoPass Service photographs are the perfect way to preserve those magical memories. We have used party photos on our holiday cards and they grace our walls too. I love looking back at my boys at various stages and remembering what a great time we had together as a family.

Disney's PhotoPass photographs expire 45 days from when they were captured. Disney doesn't offer permanent photo storage, but according to the current Expiration Policy, you can apply for an extension. If your photos expired within the last 15 days, you can apply for a one-time extension. To do so, check the Help section in the Disney PhotoPass Gallery. Be sure to download your photos right away after your extension is granted. You wouldn't want to lose them permanently. If you experience difficulty, speak with a helpful Cast Member on the PhotoPass Guest Support line. I had a quick chat with them a couple of days ago and they solved my issue in a few minutes.

    I hope this helps!
