William from CA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

My AP is now past the date it was supposed to expire. But I understand the expiration will be extended once the parks open again. I’m looking at photopass. I see most pictures. But not some from earlier in 2019. Do you know how I can find them?

    Welcome BACK, William!!

It is such a joy to see you visiting us hEAR at the Disney Parks Moms Panel again, and thank you so much for asking another great Disneyland Resort planning question!

I'm in the same boat that you are, William. I'm a local AP trying to relive the fun of previous Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park visits as much as I can, and viewing memories of on-ride and meet & greet photos during this crazy time is helping things feel a bit normal. While Mickey and his Disney Parks pals are going to do everything they can so you and I can get the most out of our annual passports once we're allowed to return to the magic, sadly Disney PhotoPass Photo expirations are not being extended and are expiring as normal, which is 365 days from the date they were originally taken. I too lost some truly precious photo memories a few months ago from last year because I didn't download them to my computer or save them to my phone from my Disneyland Mobile App as soon as they were taken, so I completely understand. Now, Disney movies have taught me to always believe and never give up, so here is the Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder phone number - (714) 781-PASS, or (714) 781-7277. But at the very least, now is a good time to make sure that your email address and contact information is up to date in your My Disneyland account so you'll be sure to get email notifications about upcoming expiring photos.

Pro Tip: I know that you have a visit to Mickey's Florida house coming up soon, so I just wanted to pass on that if you purchase the Walt Disney World Resort Memory Maker Product, which is access to download all of your photos taken just like your Disneyland AP, these images expire 45 days from the date they were taken.

Bonus Pro Tip: Did you see that Mickey added some beautiful stock photos of both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park to the camera roll in your My Disneyland App? Be sure to keep up with the Disney Parks Blog as well as the official Disneyland Resort social media pages across all of your platforms to discover more amazing #DisneyMagicMoments like this and everything from on-ride videos to favorite Disney Parks recipes and so much more. There's even a facebook page just for Disneyland Annual Passholders!

We'll See You Again Real Soon, William!
