If I am AP holder , I have reservation for Epcot Saturday morning , and want to go to MK that evening. Does the rule apply that I can park hop after I go into first park? Or do I require a reservation for MK because it’s Saturday?

    Hey there, Brenda!

It's always nice to help a fellow Annual Passholder here at planDisney. Let's get to your answer so you can get to park hopping this weekend!

You'll be glad to know that you can hop over to Magic Kingdom Park (subject to capacity) on Saturday as long as you've already entered your reserved park. While there is a restriction on visits to Magic Kingdom on Saturdays and Sundays (even after 2 pm) without a theme park reservation, your reservation at EPCOT has you in the clear.

When you're ready to start your day, enjoy complimentary standard parking at EPCOT, then tap in to get the magic started. I visited last week and spent a lot of time at the front of the park enjoying a quest on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, feeling the wind in my hair on Test Track, and taking in all the new sights and scents on Soarin' Across America. I made time for a cocktail or two at Geo-82 as well, which was the cherry on top of a magical day.

Once you've tackled your EPCOT to-do list, you are free to Monorail directly to Magic Kingdom, or drive your personal vehicle to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC). You can also park at the TTC for the full day as well and utilize the Monorail to visit both parks, if that's more convenient.

As you're enjoying your day, don't forget to take advantage of Passholder perks like Summer Days Character Greetings, the Passholder lounge, and your complimentary magnet, all available at EPCOT. You'll also find special merchandise, plus snack and beverage offerings across the resort.

I hope this clears up any confusion. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please hop right back over and let us know. We're always glad to help!

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
