AP holder, Orlando area local. I ordered (and paid for) 2 personalized Magicband+s in mid-January that are still listed as in progress and have yet to ship. How long should I have to wait? I have a trip planned on Friday.

Hi there, Laura - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for stopping by with your question about your MagicBand+ order. I sure am jealous that you get to spend this upcoming weekend with Mickey and his pals! The launch of the brand-new MagicBand+ has also come with some supply chain limitations, and for this reason, shipping times and availability haven't been quite as predictable as they were in the past. You mentioned that your bands are personalized, and that you're an Annual Passholder, so I'm going to assume that you either made a pre-arrival order in conjunction with a Disney Resort Hotel stay or ordered as an Annual Passholder purchase, not via shopDisney.

When I placed my pre-arrival order a few weeks prior to my planned arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort, the order status changed to Shipped a week before my planned arrival and I received them three days later. USPS tracking information wasn't updated during those days, but I did get my daily USPS email which told me it was arriving. I know others have had different experiences, but most of the friends I've talked to have reported quick receipt of their MagicBand+ order once the status changes from In Progress to Shipped.

If your MagicBand+ order doesn't arrive before you need to leave home for the Walt Disney World Resort, and it is associated with your Disney Resort Hotel stay, I recommend first checking in with the friendly Cast Members at your Resort Front Desk. It's possible they were sent directly to the Resort given the delay. Or, you may want to stop by a Guest Relations location at any Theme Park or Disney Springs to get some additional assistance and resolve your concerns.

Please let me know if additional questions pop up as you continue planning for your adventure to the final month of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration, Laura!
