Rebecca, my pixie dusted Mickey Monitor email began arriving automatically once I became an AP. It comes right to the email address I use for
My Disney Experience account. Have you checked your spam folder? The email address the messages come from is disneydestinations@passholder.disneydestinations.com. Make sure this email address is on your safe sender list to see if that helps. If once you check your spam and add the email address to the safe sender list you still don’t see your Mickey Monitor in your inbox, I suggest reaching out to Disney’s Internet Help Desk at 407-939-4357 where a helpful cast member can access your account and see if there is any other digi-snafoo that’s causing these magical messages to miss your inbox.
