My AP expires 5/24. I have a trip scheduled on 5/21 for 8 days. My FP+ selection day is 3/22 which is too soon to renew my AP, which I plan to do. How do I select FP+s for the entire length of my trip when I technically will only have tickets until 5/24?

Hi, Kitty! I am so happy to hEAR you are planning to remain a member of the Annual Passholder family. There are so many amazing benefits to being a Passholder, but my favorite has to be the V.I.Passholder Events. There is a V.I.Passholder Night at Epcot coming up on March 21, during which attractions, character greetings, and even select Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival Outdoor Kitchens will be available to participants. Keep an eye out for more events such as this via email and the Disney Parks Blog.

I double checked with Cast Members today about the renewal policy for Annual Passes. These can only be renewed up to 60 days in advance of their expiration date. So, you have a couple of options. Your first option is to make FastPass+ selections for those first few days once your 60-day booking window opens, renew your Annual Pass on the day it becomes eligible for renewal, and then make FastPass+ selections for the remainder of your trip. I can certainly understand how tough of a choice that one is! When we have extended trips, I love having that extended FastPass+ booking window!

Your other choice is to purchase a Disney Theme Park Ticket that, when combined with your current Annual Pass, will give you enough ticketed days to cover your entire trip. Per the information you submitted, your Annual Pass should make you eligible for FastPass+ selections on the first four days. You will need to purchase a 4-Day Theme Park Ticket and link it to your My Disney Experience account. The cost of this ticket can be put towards your Annual Pass renewal, which you will be able to do in person at any Guest Relations location.

I hope this information helps you plan for your upcoming trip, Kitty! Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
