    Can an AP be canceled for Disney World Florida ?

    Hi Rhonda!

    I'm sad to read you're inquiring about cancelling your Walt Disney World annual pass!  If you have already activated and used your Walt Disney World annual pass, it cannot be cancelled.  If you have not activated it by using your first day already, you can keep it inactive until you're ready to use it, whenever that may be.  I do recognize that certain situations do come up and I hope all is well with you and your family.  If you need to inquire further about your annual pass, please give Annual Passholders Guest Services a call at (407) 560-5277.
