Hi Amy,
Oh, your question made me start thinking about all the delicious food on the Walt Disney World menus, and now I'm hungry.
My husband, too, is a big fan of pork belly, so I have a few suggestions for you ranging from quick service all the way through signature dining. Please keep in mind that menus can change, especially at the signature restaurants, so dishes I mention may not always be available.
The first item that springs immediately to mind is at one of our top Disney Springs restaurant:
Morimoto Asia. The pork belly bao are scrumptious with savory pork belly inside pillowy slider-sized buns. In addition, Morimoto has a braised pork belly quesadilla on its late night menu. I also highly recommend the ramen with roasted pork.
Just across the sidewalk from Morimoto,
Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar, one of our favorite lounges, serves a yummy pork belly taco.
Raglan Road, also in the Landing area of Disney Springs, has a pork belly hash on its brunch menu. And the
Refreshment Port at the entrance to the World Showcase at Epcot often tops its Bloody Mary with a giant pork belly skewer. (The garnishes vary by season).
You'll sometimes find pork belly appetizers on signature dining menus such as
Citricos,
California Grill,
Tiffins and the
Flying Fish. Or you may want to investigate the menus of other themed restaurants such as Nine Dragons, Kona and Yak and Yeti.
I know it's not pork belly specifically, but I would encourage you to check out
The Polite Pig in Disney Springs. Its quick service food rivals signature dining taste in my family's opinion.
Thanks for your question, Amy. I think I'll go make some Walt Disney World dining reservations myself now. Enjoy!
Wilma
