EPCOT is my favorite Theme Park at Walt Disney World Resort, and the light show on
Spaceship Earth adds some extra special magic to the evenings there. I think it is best seen from inside EPCOT, but I've got a great idea of how you can see it without entering, and I'm happy to share it with you.
Joni, I think the best way for you to see Spaceship Earth at night without entering EPCOT is to take a ride on
the monorail. The monorail loop actually enters EPCOT and takes a spin around Spaceship Earth! You'll be able to get a close-up look at the gorgeous light show without using a ticket and entering through the gates. The EPCOT monorail line starts at the Transportation and Ticket Center, so make your way there and hop on. It will take you on a direct ride to EPCOT, and you'll get a bird's eye view of World Celebration, World Discovery, and World Nature. The monorail will stop in front of EPCOT to let guests on and off, but it runs in a loop to the Transportation and Ticket Center, so you can stay on and ride as many times as you want.
