Is there anywhere I can see a a list of rides that specifically offer the use of a transfer board for people with mobility issues?

Hiya Karen - welcome back to planDisney!

Thanks for stopping by with another question for our team of panelists. We love helping Guests just like you plan their very own, very magical, Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

Karen, Walt Disney World Resort is always making improvements to increase access so that more Guests can experience the magic. That's true for attractions at the Theme Parks as well, and currently, attractions are organized by the type of transfer (if any) required for Guests with mobility disabilities. Attractions do vary in how they are accessed for these Guests, including some where Guests have the ability to stay in a wheelchair or electric conveyance vehicle (ECV) for the entire attraction and others that do require some level of transfer into a ride vehicle.

You'll find all the details you need for the various categories here, and the various links will take you to listings of every attraction with that type of accessibility requirement. When you're on this Attractions and Entertainment page you can also select other filters to further narrow down the attractions you're seeing - you could limit it to a single Theme Park, or type of attraction. If you want to play around with the different types of accessibility, you'll want to click the All Filters button and then look under Accessibility & Advisories for additional filters.

One such attraction with a unique new way to accommodate some Guests is the brand-new TRON Lightcycle / Run at Magic Kingdom Park. Imagineers have created special vehicles at the end of some Lightcycle trains with more traditional seating arrangements (these do still require a transfer)!

I hope this information is helpful, Karen - if not, or if you have more questions, please stop by again!
