If you are staying onsite at a Disney Resort Hotel, you may be able to find a Tigger plush available within the resort's gift shop. My children tend to gravitate towards the plush characters, especially when we are getting back to the hotel a bit later in the evening.
I also think you'd have a great chance at finding one in the other theme park gift shops because as Tigger would tell you himself, he's a pretty popular guy. At EPCOT, I would look in the
Creations Shop, at Disney's Hollywood Studios I would check in Once Upon a Time or Mickey's of Hollywood and at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park check out Discovery Trading Company. The best place to look, however, will be in
World Of Disney at Disney Springs. This store boasts the world's largest collection of Disney merchandise, so you should definitely find a Tigger plush hopping around here.
