Is there anywhere at Disney Springs that we can set up a Disability Access Service Card?

Hi there, Thomas! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you taking the time to submit an excellent Walt Disney World Resort question!

Walt Disney World Resort goes “To infinity and beyond” for their Guests with disabilities! As someone that utilizes a personal wheelchair when visiting Walt Disney World Resort, I know firsthand just how amazing they can be with any concerns I may come across. I adore being able to simply live in the moment during my vacations instead of navigating how my mobility device may impact my experiences and Walt Disney World Resort makes this possible!

One of the many services Walt Disney World Resort offers for Guests with disabilities is the Disability Access Service. This program was developed to assist Guests that cannot wait in a conventional queue line due to disability. Guests with Disability Access Service can be given a return time to any attraction that offers FastPass+ service based on current wait times in the conventional queue. Guests may then return at that time or any time after to experience the attraction.

Since there are no attractions at Disney Springs that utilize Disability Access Service, you cannot currently receive this service at any Guest Relations located there. However, you may go to a Guest Relations Main Entrance location at any of the four theme parks in order to discuss your specific needs with a Cast Member. This allows Guests to discuss their specific needs as soon as they enter the parks and continue with their plans following their visit to Guest Relations!

Hopefully, this information will help you and your family have a magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort!
