Hi there Veronica, and welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you've sent your question to us, and I'd be happy to help.
Snap! Click! Say Mickey! Pictures are my most precious souvenirs from any vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth. From candid moments onboard favorite attractions or posed photos in front of
Cinderella Castle, I cherish the mementos of time spent as a family in Walt Disney World.
Generally, when I am visiting the Disney Parks, I rely on my iPhone to take pictures; I like to pack light for a day of theme park fun! Once or twice per vacation, I'll bring along a larger DSLR camera to yield some higher quality clicks, but I haven't purchased film in quite some time. I contacted Disney Parks and Resorts Merchandise where a friendly Cast Member checked inventory, and while film cannot currently be purchased at any
retail location in Walt Disney World, you may find disposable cameras at
various shops in Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Keep in mind that
Disney Photopass Service is included for all Guests, and professional photographers are on hand throughout the theme parks to make sure your entire family gets in the picture. These photos can be viewed in your
My Disney Experience Account, and are available for purchase up to 45 days after your vacation. For unlimited access to all digital photos taken throughout your visit, consider purchasing
Memory Maker. I find that Memory Maker is an especially good value if you have a large party or family that frequently splits up into smaller groups.
Memory Maker One Day is a great choice for single day visits.
I hope this information is helpful as you continue to plan your upcoming adventure and day at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. Be sure to pay a visit to Mickey and the gang for me over at the all-new
Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway. It's a wacky journey into the whimsical world of cartoon fun!
See ya real soon,
Betsy
