Hi Lindsey, welcome back to planDisney!
Planning out the snacks I want to try is a major part of my Walt Disney World vacation planning. I read through every
Disney Eats Foodie Guide posted on the Disney Parks Blog and try to make note of which snacks I want to try and where I can find them.
I took some time to look through the Quick Service Dining locations in the theme parks to see if cotton candy soft-serve is currently listed on any menus. At this time, I was unable to find a location that offered this tasty treat! However, it’s possible not every offering is listed on the online menus, so I still recommend looking at the posted menus as you walk through the theme parks.
A few places I recommend looking for seasonal soft-serve in Magic Kingdom would be
Sunshine Tree Terrace in Adventureland,
Storybook Treats in Fantasyland, and
Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies in Tomorrowland. In Animal Kingdom,
Anandapur Ice Cream Truck sometimes has seasonal soft-serve flavors on the menu. At Disney Springs,
Swirls on the Water has seasonal soft-serve and DOLE whip offerings. If your son is open to hand-scooped ice cream, in EPCOT,
L’Artisan des Glaces serves hand-scooped ice cream and sorbet in waffle cones or cups.
BoardWalk Ice Cream at Disney’s BoardWalk, and
Hollywood Scoops in Hollywood Studios also offer ice cream by the scoop.
Offerings are always changing, so you may find new flavors available during your visit to Walt Disney World. When I’m looking for any special treats, the best source of information is the
Disney Parks Blog where you’ll find the Disney Eats Foodie Guides I mentioned earlier. Your visit is right at the beginning of the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, and we should be seeing a Foodie Guide to the Festival shared soon!
I hope this gave you some snack ideas, Lindsey. If you have any more questions as you continue to prepare for your upcoming vacation, please come back and
see me at planDisney!
