The short answer to your question is no: there's nowhere at Caribbean Beach, or anywhere on Walt Disney World property, that sells tobacco or nicotine products. That includes vapes, cigarettes, nicotine pouches, and related supplies. If you need to purchase any of these, you'll have to go off-property to a nearby convenience store, gas station, or supermarket.
The easiest way to do that is, of course, to drive yourself if you have a car available. You'll find plenty of options within a short drive. No car? Order a rideshare from the resort's front entrance. Drivers pick up right at the porte-cochère, and you'll be back quickly. You won't be able to buy these items at Disney Springs or any on-site hotel shops, so heading off-site is the only path.
Quick friendly reminder about Disney's rules while you're here: smoking and vaping are only allowed in
designated smoking areas. Guest rooms, balconies, pool decks, and most public spaces are smoke-free. At the theme parks, the areas for smoking or vaping are located outside the gates, as the parks are also all smoke-free.
