Is there anyway that I can talk to a Disney person and plan a vacation for my granddaughter

Hiya Kim and welcome to planDisney!

If you've got questions, you've come to the right place. Let's get you on your way to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

You could always start by calling the delightful Cast Members at The Walt Disney World Resort. They're there to help you with all your planning needs. They can help you make Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations, purchase tickets and so much more. You also have the option to use the chat feature on the Walt Disney World Resort website. You should see a little blue button labeled Chat to the right of the home screen. Tap it and you'll be able to start an online conversation in real-time with a Cast Member who can help you.

But you know who else can help you make your Disney dreams come true? We can here at planDisney! We've got a ton of experience and we're here to help. If you're wondering what the best dates to visit are, where to find the most delicious snacks, or even which hotels we like the best, you can always send us a question. We've got boots on the ground Guest perspective and we're happy to share that magic with you. You can submit a general question, but since you and I are friends now, you can feel free to ask me directly. Have a great day, Kim, and be sure to keep it magical!

    Happy planning!
