Is there anyway to get recipe for the focaccia bread and dip they use at Tony's town restaurant. If sold by a bakery do you have the name and location of the bakery? I cannot get this out of my mind it was sooo good.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sheryle!

Thinking about the soft, lightly-herbed Focaccia bread served with Seasoned Olive Oil stirs memories of my most recent experience at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant – incredible indeed! I recommend you contact Guest Services directly at (407) 939-2273 who may be able to assist – they are quite helpful over there, rest assured. You might consider browsing cookbooks at shopDisney, or even perform a quick online search for a posted recipe, as this is a popularly discussed topic on many threads. Recipes and cookbooks are often favored by our contributors over at the Disney Parks Blog.

On your next visit to Tony’s Town Square Restaurant be sure to look for the glass photo of Lady and the Tramp on the window nearest Le Chapeau. If you position yourself a little from the right, you will see Lady directly over the outside hatbox – just as she popped out from the one in the animated movie. A rumoured backstory to this goes back to when Walt Disney presented his wife, Lillian a puppy in a hatbox, years before. One other adorable feature I always pause to photograph is the indented, paw-prints encapsulated in a heart representing Lady and the Tramp.

If these tidbits and other Disney Imagineering details interest you, I invite you to explore our Special Events & Tours, to add another dimension to your Disney vacation experience.
