    Hi is there anyway to purchase something I saw in the parks but cannot find online or on the shop disney app?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I know exactly how you feel. Some of those specialty items are never found at the online Disney Store or on the Shop Disney Parks app.

    After speaking with a Cast Member I would suggest emailing Guest Services at guest.mail@wdw.disneyonline.com and pose this same question. They may be able to help you find that very special item. Include a picture and any other information if you have it.

    Disney Dad Tip: We take tons of pictures of gifts as we stroll through the Walt Disney World Resort merchandise locations because you never know when you really want that one item, didn't purchase it and then forgot where it was.
