Salut Scott!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us your question! As a fellow Canadian from Montreal, Quebec, I was so excited to answer your question today! I am thrilled that you will experience the magic of the World's Most Magical Celebration, and I love that you chose to visit during the holiday season! That time of year is so magical at the Walt Disney World Resort, and it is the best way to stay warm during the winter.
Now, let's talk about how you and your wife can plan the most magical vacation together. Since you have created the profile for the other two people in your party, they are currently managed by you. However, your wife should still be able to make plans for the four of you. To do so, your wife will have to click on "
My Family & Friends" under the My Disney Experience tab and log into her account. Then, she can click on "Add a Guest" and connect with the other two members of your party in different ways. Firstly, make sure that you are both connected to each others' Family & Friends Lists. Then, if you are all connected to the same Resort reservation, she will be able to connect with your whole party by clicking on "Import from a Walt Disney World hotel reservation." Secondly, she can also click on "Find through my connected Guests" since your profile manages the two other profiles. Lastly, if you are still experiencing issues with connecting your entire party, I recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and they will be able to help you with anything!
Once your accounts are sorted out, the actual planning fun begins! There are so many unique offerings that you can only experience during the holiday season, and I cannot wait for you to try them all! First, I would highly recommend going to one of the unique,
after-hours events at Magic Kingdom Park. With free treats, themed shows, parades and fireworks, it is the jolliest celebration! Second, I love visiting the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Besides trying the different food booths, one of my favourite activities is watching the
Candlelight Processional. The music is always incredibly touching, and you might get to see some of your favourite artists on stage!
I hope this was helpful, Scott, and that you and your family will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. As a big fan of the holiday season, I cannot wait for you to ring in the season at last!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
