is there anyway to get an itemization from our previous cruise ? for on board charges ? we sailed on the Treasure 12/20-12/27

Welcome to planDisney, Angela! I'm glad you sailed to us with your question. It's always a pleasure to help.

I'd love to cruise with Captains Minnie and Mickey over the holidays on board the Disney Treasure, and I hope you had a magical time with your sailing crew. As it has been over 90 days since your sailing, in order to see an itemized statement of your Onboard Folio, you will need to call Disney Cruise Line for assistance

In the future, you can download your Onboard Folio on DisneyCruise.com as long as it is between 1 and 90 days since your sailing. To do so, log into your account, hover over "Already Booked" in the top menu, and select the last option listed, "My Cruise History and Folio." From there, scroll down a little till you see your cruises listed. Any upcoming sailings will be listed first, but you can navigate using the arrows on the right to go back to see past cruises. Any sailings within the 90-day range will have a "Download Folio" option to select.

I hope this helps you in the future and that it won't be long till you are sailing again with Disney Cruise Line. New ships and itineraries are just ahead on the horizon!

    Have a wonderful day,
