    Is there anyway to find out if the roast chicken at Wolfgang Puck's Express Restaurant in Downtown Disney is gluten-free? Disney's "special diets" email returned a standard answer about gf available food. The employees don't know. Can someone

    Hi Melissa!

    I was able to contact the chef at Wolfgang Puck's Cafe and speak to an employee at the Express Restaurant as well. The roasted chicken in both parts of the restaurant is gluten free as well as the sides. The people I talked to emphasized that the restaurant and the chef would be happy to work with any food allergies or sensitivities a guest has. Speak to a server when you are seated and the chef will be happy to accommodate you.
