    Is there anyway a customer service rep can call me to discuss tickets for a large family. I waited on hold over 1.5 hours and didn’t speak to anyone.

    Hi Kelsie! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! The Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort sure have been busy helping Guests plan their vacations! The start of The World’s Most Magical Celebration has created a great deal of interest in visiting Mickey and Minnie’s Florida home!

    I’m not sure which number you’ve been trying, but let me share one with you that is dedicated to Guests planning a vacation with a large group. The number is (407)-939-1942! A friendly and knowledgeable Cast Member will be able to provide you with assistance for that large party reservation!

    Also, if you still experience trouble getting through, try calling at a time when people might be engaged in other activities. I find that the hours of 4:00 to 6:00 PM tend to result in shorter wait times on the telephone. Also, calling later in the evening usually results in a shorter wait time.

    Have a great vacation with that large group! The more the merrier at the Walt Disney World Resort!
