After a couple of years of some DVC Members not being able to travel or use their Vacation Points, many people deposited their extra Points into RCI and now Interval International or are using their Membership to book a fabulous stay at a
Concierge Collection Resort. While it is such exciting times that Members are returning to travel more and more, unfortunately, that means that the hold times to speak with a DVC Member Services Cast Member who specializes in booking exchanges can definitely get pretty long. I'm sorry to hear that your hold time was so long, but I'm happy to answer your question today.
Unfortunately, at this time, there is no way to book a stay at a Concierge Collection Resort using your DVC Membership online. You can check out the
booking guidelines, see the
list of destinations and view the
Points Chart online to start your planning process, but to convert your Vacation Points to Reservation Points, check availability and book your stay, you do have to
call DVC Member Services.
When you call Member Services, after you dial "1" to reach Member Services, dial "4" to be connected to a Cast Member who specializes in the Concierge Collection. I find that I have had the shortest hold times when I call Member Services right when they open at 9:00 a.m. EST or in the evening, around 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. EST.
