Is there anything special that goes on during the week of Easter?

    Hi Lori,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Easter is a lovely time of year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. There are a number of activities to consider.

Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updated information on the Easter activities for this year. Last year, they published a post about Easter Treats and Eats at Walt Disney World Resort that highlighted the many fabulous sweets available during Easter. The Chocolate Easter Egg displays at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa would be fun for you to see. Also take a look at Disney Parks in Full Bloom for Spring. The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will be a definite must-do while you are there!

We love to see the topiary displays and catch some of the entertainment.  Last year, I was so upset that I missed seeing the Pointer Sisters at the 2017 Garden Rocks Concert Series. I was just too late getting to the show area. So check the 2018 show schedule to see who might be performing during your visit.

Lori, I hope this gives you some ideas!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
