Hey Stephanie!
Your Walt Disney World trip will be a-MAY-zing! We love visiting in May because of the low crowds and great weather. My 11 year old son is a Disney Parks fanatic. He loves to help me plan our vacations. Here are the “musts” at each park for him:
Magic Kingdom
*Big Thunder Mountain Railroad- the “wildest ride in the wilderness”
*Splash Mountain to sing Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah
*Space Mountain to blast off into the dark
*Peter Pan’s Flight- he enjoys the classic movie ride
*The Haunted Mansion and the spooky silliness inside
*Pinocchio’s Village Haus where the best flatbread pizza in the world is served
•Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin because an 11 year old is the best at defeating Zurg
Epcot
•Test Track- who doesn’t want to design and race their own car?
*Soarin’- where hand gliding over the Golden Gate Bridge is jaw dropping
•Mission Space- the place to pilot a spaceship to Mars
•Eat a Cronut at the Refeshment Port and Caramel popcorn from Karamell-Kuche
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
•Toy Story Mania- he can practice his “shootin’” skills
•Jedi Training Academy- he must battle Lord Vader to become a Jedi
•Muppet Vision 3-D- a great show in a comfortable theater
•Star Tours simulates a Star Wars Universe journey. He could be the Rebel Spy!
•
Star Wars Weekends- Star Wars everywhere!
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
•Kali River Rapids get drenched as your raft races through the jungle
•Kilimanjaro Safari- where African wildlife is right out your vehicle window. Get your camera ready!
Enjoy making many Magical Memories!
