What, if anything, is planned for Downtown Disney this Halloween, 10/31/12? I have looked and looked and cannot find a word on it. Thank you.

Hi Liz! Each resort handles the holidays individually and in the past each might have had activities including Downtown Disney but it is a year to year thing.  The 2012 Halloween activities have not been published or announced.

It is a guarantee that the real fun will be in the Magic Kingdom on that night with Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party going on! That is a fun event and one to surely sell out quickly.

Another location that is sure to have something happening is at Fort Wilderness. It is where we love to stay for this time of year. There is trick or treating throughout the loops and on one of the nights there will be a decorated golf cart parade as well as pet parade. Other activities have included pumpkin carving and site decorating contests. Some of these things are restricted to resort guests only but you are always welcome to come and walk or ride through the loops to see the fun!

Keep checking back for more info about Halloween as it gets closer to the date. Unfortunately, they sometimes don't understand how we all like to plan every detail of the trip months ahead!
