    Has anyone used the in room childcare for date nights? Do you pay the travel fee of $10 each night you use it? Any chance of booking the same person a few nights in a row?

     Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lisa. I'm so glad you stopped by!

     There's little more I love than spending pixie-dusted days in the theme parks with my kids. That said, you can bet I enjoy some adults-only time too! My husband and I planned a date night last summer mid-vacation, and we used the Kid's Nite Out in-room childcare service. Our babysitter arrived to our room promptly and came prepared with age-appropriate games and toys for each of our three children. My husband and I were able to enjoy a fabulous evening at Disney Springs knowing that our kids were happy and safe with a qualified sitter! 

     The Kid's Nite Out website states that there is a transportation fee for each reservation, so it's likely you will be charged the fee for each night you book the service. If you book for multiple nights, it's absolutely possible to book the same sitter for each evening. When you make the reservations online or over the phone, simply request that you would like the same sitter for each reservation. You can also request a specific sitter based on your family's unique needs. 

     Did you know that the Walt Disney World Resort offers a kids-only experience? Captain Hook's Pirate Crew, designed for little buccaneers, is offered nightly from 5:00 - 8:30 PM at Seaside Retreat in Disney's Beach Club Resort. This swashbuckling adventure includes pirate lessons, a treasure hunt, and a kid-friendly feast!
