    Has anyone tried the seafood bouillabaisse on the Be Our Guest new menu? I was really wanting to try it but could only find two reviews that were not good. Thanks

    Hi Brittney! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Are you getting excited to dine at Be Our Guest Restaurant in less than two weeks?! The atmosphere in Beast's Castle is amazing. It is what has brought us back to this restaurant trip after trip ... well, that and the grey stuff (it really is delicious)!

    While I haven't tried the Saffron-Infused Seafood Bouillabaisse myself, I have read some reviews. Like you, I found the reviewers haven't been overly fond of the dish. Mostly, the complaints have been over lack of flavor and seasonings. I suggest speaking with the Cast Member assisting you once you are seated at your table and discuss your concerns. Perhaps they have upped the flavor because of unfavorable reviews, or maybe they can customize the dish to enhance the flavor. If those aren't options, I know the Cast Member can recommend something that you will enjoy!
