Anyone travelled with a almost 3yr old, not on a dining plan b/c under 3. How did you get around your child eating off your plate, when they would rather eat the kids meal. Are you able to get an empty plate to share your meal or older kids meal. help!

    Hi Chris,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As I answered in your previous question, you will have no problem with an additional plate for your little one when dining at Buffet-style Restaurants. If you are dining at a regular Table-Service or Quick-Service Restaurant, then you can always ask the Cast Member assisting you if they can accommodate your request for an extra plate. There are no guarantees, but Cast Members always try their best to help Guests in any way that they can.

That said, if a Restaurant is unable to accommodate your request then you can purchase a meal from the Children's menu for your daughter if you wish.

Please let us know if we can help you with any other planning questions!

    Magical Wishes,
