Hi could anyone tell me if there are any new Disney characters appearing in the resorts and parks. I last visited 12 months ago. If there are any, could you please advise me where they are appearing? Thanks

Hi, Andrew! I like a guy who is looking for new character experiences for himself. It's got the makings of a great mancation.

Whether you're hitting the parks with your family or truly embarking on an epic mancation, here's a list of some of the most recent happenings with character greetings throughout the parks.

    Magic Kingdom
    • Rapunzel and Flynn Rider Play & Greet in Fairytale Garden
    • The Little Mermaid and her beaux are now at Adventureland Veranda
    • You probably caught Princess & the Frog characters in Liberty Square last year. If not, now you know.
    • You may see some different characters at the front of the park when it opens
    • The Disney Fairies are taking flight to other parks (see below)

    Epcot

    • Duffy the Disney Bear (I believe a hug is mandatory if you get too close)
    • I've seen more dwarfs joining Snow White in Germany
    • Fairies (moving from Magic Kingdom due to Fantasyland expansion)

    Hollywood Studios

    • Lotso from Toy Story 3 (sadly no Big Baby)
    • Power Rangers are gone
    • Phineas and Ferb (coming in May near Muppet Vision 3D)
    • Special Agent Oso (Play 'n' Dine at Hollywood & Vine)
    • Tinkerbell (moving from Magic Kingdom due to Fantasyland expansion)
