Has anyone taken younger children to the Tommorowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert party? What does it include? Is 9:00 a good reservation time?

Welcome to the Moms Panel Megan!  We're glad you're hEAR!

The Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Desert Party is awesome! In my opinion it is one of the best places to watch the fireworks inside the Magic Kingdom & its great for all ages. I have taken my younger boys and they loved it.

It takes place on the Tomorrowland Terrace & begins an hour prior to whenever the fireworks are scheduled so reservation times may vary. You get a comfortable seat to watch the fireworks. You aren't among the sea of people in the MK so you don't have to fight for a good spot 1+ hours before the fireworks. None of the tables were right up next to the wall but once the fireworks began we were free to stand near the outer wall if we wanted. I also loved (especially with kids) that there is a restroom nearby.

The desserts are de-lish! You get to try as many as you want so eat an early dinner & come hungry. They do have some geared towards kids but I tried those too - yum! There was also a nice assortment of beverages (juices, coffee, milk). They break down the buffet when the fireworks begin so be sure to get all you want before settling in for an incredible view of Wishes. Tinker Bell flies right towards you & goes over your head for her landing.

While this is something you may not want to do every time you visit, it is certainly worth doing it at least once.  Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
