Has anyone taken any of the Behind the scenes excursions? If so are they worth the extra $ for the experience, we're interested in seeing the Green Houses (how it's done kind of things)

    Hi Carm!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!  The special tours, especially the back stage tours, are a lot of fun.  My favorite are the Keys to the Kingdom tour in the Magic Kingdom and the Backstage Magic tour.  If you have never done a tour, and want a chance to go back stage and see how things get done at Walt Disney World, then I suggest giving the Keys to the Kingdom tour a try.  It's relatively inexpensive compared to some of the other tours.

I believe you are specifically asking about the green house in the Land Pavilion at Epcot.  The tour you want is the Behind the Seeds tour.  That is a very good tour to get into the Green House and it is one of the least expensive tours around.  You also don't need to sign up in advance; you can wait until you are at Epcot to sign up for that particular tour.  Given its price, it's a great tour and I highly recommend it.   If you enjoy it, then you can move up to one of the more extensive backstage tours!

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
