Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited that you will be going on a Disney Cruise Line vacation! It is sure to be WONDERful, especially aboard the beautiful Disney Wonder! My family loves the Wonder, and we especially enjoy dining at
Tiana’s Place! One word – beignets. Delicious!
Since I love the beignets (and bread pudding) from Tiana’s so much, I ALSO LOVE visiting the onboard gym! The
onboard fitness center has some really great classes available and my husband and I have tried a variety of them during different sailings! Some of them, such as cycling or yoga, require you reserve a spot which you can do once onboard. The boot camp classes are available for a nominal fee and you can sign up for those onboard as well. In addition to the classes offered, there is also a great selection of cardio machines and weights for use. Most days I have so many things circled on my Personal Navigator schedule that I opt to get up early and visit the gym when it opens (typically 6AM) and get my workout in before the day gets away from me with fun onboard activities! There is also a walking/jogging path on Deck 4 that is another great option to get some miles in!
I recommend checking the Navigator when you board and visiting the fitness center during their Open House on embarkation day to familiarize yourself with the area and picking up a schedule of the classes offered during your particular sailing!
