Does anyone have suggestions of restaurants that offer gluten free options in all of the parks? Going in August 2025

    Hello, Sean!

Welcome to planDisney, it’s so nice to meet you. I’m thrilled to hear that you will be visiting in August. While I know August seems so far away, it really is right around the corner. Pretty soon you will be submerged in the magic of Walt Disney World. Just thinking about it has me so very excited for you. I just got back from a visit in March, and I am anxiously waiting to finalize my next visit.

The good news is that Walt Disney World does an incredible job offering a wide variety of dining options with a great selection of Allergy-Friendly menus. Honestly, your family is free to dine at any location you want to enjoy. Just be sure to make a note of your allergies when scheduling your dining reservations and remind the Cast Member at Table-Service locations once you arrive. A Cast Member will be more than happy to provide you with an allergy-friendly menu and answer any questions you may have so that you can order comfortably.

You can even look at the menus online! I recommend going through all the restaurants and having a conversation with those traveling with you as to what you are looking to eat or experience. Then, open up the menu to see if the available menu options are something you would like to eat. I’m including the menu for one of our favorite dining locations, Roundup Rodeo BBQ. If you scroll down you will find the allergy-friendly menu with the description of what allergies those menu items accommodate.

Before I go, I will leave you with a few other recommendations. For breakfast, Topolino’s Terrace is our go-to. Our lunch and dinner favorites include Coral Reef, Flame Tree Barbecue, and Pecos Bill. The last two options are Quick-Service locations and I included those so that you could see the way the menu is listed. You’ll find the subheading ‘Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly’ which can be a little easier to read when you are on the go and in the parks.

Sean, I hope this helps answer your question. If you are craving something specific or want our opinion when comparing restaurants, please ask away! I know any of us will be more than happy to share our personal experiences with you.

    Enjoy,

    Shantel
