    Can anyone stay in the princess suite in the castle and if so do you know what the cost is?

    Hi Gaile!

    Oh to stay in the Cinderella Castle suite......sorry I had to stop daydreaming for a minute.  Cinderella Castle Suite is the epitome of the ultimate experience for any Disney fan, but just like Cinderella I'm still waiting for my fairy godmother to waive her wand.  The space was originally planned to house an apartment for Walt Disney himself, but in light of his passing before the park opened, it was used to house telephone operators and various things throughout the years.  In 2006, Disney's Imagineers transformed this once forgotten about space into a suite fit for the "shoe forgetful" princess herself.  It was used as apart of the "Year of a Million Dreams" promotion in 2007 and 2008, where each day one lucky guest was selected to spend the night in this royal suite.  Since the end of the promotions it has been rumored that a few celebrities have been allowed to stay there after making donations to charity and that it might be used for charities such as Make A Wish Foundation.  At this time it is not available for guests reservations, but I'm fiercely holding out hope!
    If you are looking for a room fit for royalty, I would suggest checking out the Royal Guest Suites at Port Orleans Riverside.  These rooms are magnificently themed with all of the princesses represented.  The headboards magically lights up with a push of a button displaying your own personal firework show.  Thanks for visiting us here at The Moms Panel and if Cinderella Castle Suite is ever available for guests to reserve just listen for my squeal of delight!
