To assist you in planning and to provide ample time for travel logistics, the following flight time guidelines are recommended: Latest Orlando International Airport Flight Arrival on Embarkation Day — 1:45 p.m. Earliest Flight Departure from the Orlando International Airport on Debarkation Day — 12:30 p.m. For step-by-step instructions on how to identify your luggage for ground transportation as well as how to locate your shuttle to Port Canaveral upon arrival, you should visit the Planning Center.
