    Can anyone recommend what building I should request at Alligator Bayou at POR? There are 5 of us and then my brother and his wife. We would like a-joining rooms. I heard buildings 16 and 17 are the ones to request. Thanks!

    Hi Tammy,

    You are really going to enjoy your stay at Port Orleans Riverside. Personally, I would request rooms in either building 14 or 15 as these are closest to both 'Ol Man Island (pool area) and the Blue Bayou and River Delta platforms for bus transportation near the front entrance of the main building of the resort (front desk/restaurants). Building 34 is closest to the West Depot bus stop but further from the pool and main building.

    When you make your requests, here is a tip, adjoining rooms are rooms that are next to each other but do not have the door connecting them within the room. Connecting rooms is what you would want to request if you prefer to have that connecting door. Keep in mind that requests are not guaranteed and are based on availability.
