Hi, Can anyone recommend a 1 bedroom preferred view villa at Disney Board Walk Villas? This is our 1st time staying at BWV and I'd like to request an great room if possible. Room numbers??

    Hi Carole,

Disney's BoardWalk Villas is my home resort with Disney Vacation Club. I love the hustle and bustle along Disney's BoardWalk, and the ability to walk to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios is wonderful.

I have stayed in many one-bedroom villas at Disney's BoardWalk Villas. I tend not to request specific villa numbers, but rather to give descriptions. For example, I tend to like to be on an upper floor as it gives you a more expansive view, as well as takes you a bit further from any noise along the ground. Some guests also like to request rooms near to elevators as Disney's BoardWalk Villas' hallways are quite long and being close to an elevator can reduce walking time. I am not sure if you are in a BoardWalk view villa or a Garden/Pool view villa. From a BoardWalk view villa, your view will be of Disney's BoardWalk and the surrounding area. You might want to make a further request if you are in a Garden/Pool view villa, as these can face either water or garden areas, or one of the pools, including the quiet pool and the Luna Park Pool. I think that any of these are lovely, but some people find a garden or water view more serene than a pool view.

If you want to take a look at specific villas, the unofficial website touringplans.com has a fantastic tool for this. Once at the site, navigate to the page on Disney's BoardWalk Villas. From there, you can use the room finder tool to indicate the type of villa you have booked. Then, on an interactive map, you will be able to see photos from those specific villas.

Please do note that while Disney will do their best to honor requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you. Please let us know if you have any further questions, Carole!
