    Did anyone else not receive their welcome package? I purchased my Magic Key back in August.

    Oh no! I'm so sorry that you haven't received your Welcome Package as a Magic Key Charter Member. The package should have been sent approximately eight weeks after your purchase date. Because you haven't received it, please call (714) 781-7277 to inquire about an update on its status.

    I hope you have been able to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park since becoming a Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holder! The nighttime spectaculars have returned and seeing them is the perfect way to end a Disney day. Be sure to make your theme park reservations in advance so that you are all set to enjoy the magic that awaits you!
