Does anyone know how many USB charging ports there are in Fort Wilderness cabin?

    Howdy, Leona!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your great question about the in-room amenities at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. This beautifully wooded resort property is a true escape from your own reality, and a lovely quiet escape from the joyful energy of the theme parks.

I confirmed with a friendly Cast Member that unfortunately there are not any USB charging ports within the otherwise well-appointed cabins. They do have regular United States outlets though; no matter the standard configuration, I always bring a charging port with several USB and USB-C ports with me when I travel. My family has our phones, smart watches, action cameras, and Disney Bands which all require these type of connections to recharge so I like to come prepared. Your cabin is spacious, and I hope you can find a convenient place to set up this charging station, Leona. Your main bedroom has the queen bed and bunk beds, while the main living area hosts the kitchen and living room.

I’m pleased to share that the entirety of the Fort Wilderness property does have complimentary Wi-Fi coverage, plus all the other great amenities you can expect at this Moderate Disney Resorts Collection hotel. The cabins are so quiet and provide a great relaxing atmosphere for you and several Guests if needed. I hope some sites will still be decorated for the upcoming Independence Day festivities when you’re visiting so you can have a taste of the fun culture around staying here.

I also like to pack an external battery charger for my phone on the go for a Disney vacation – the My Disney Experience App is an essential tool to keep handy for navigating your theme park day and managing plans, but it does run on pixie dust and smartphone battery power.

I’m sorry this wasn’t the answer you were hoping for, but I do hope you can make the most of this special vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort next week! Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Wishing you a practically perfect stay,
    Amy
