Does anyone know which, if any, Quick Service Dining Locations offer a Thanksgiving menu? We have a dining reservation but it is for later in the evening and with 3 small kids, I am looking for an alternative.

    Hi Bret,

You have great timing. Just today, the Disney Parks Blog released the list of restaurants at Walt Disney World that are offering special Thanksgiving meals.

The bad news is that most of those restaurants are table service venues and, in many cases, reservations for Thanksgiving day are already booked. There are a couple of options, however, that may appeal to you.

One isn't a quick service, but does appear at this moment to have availability: Raglan Road at Downtown Disney will offer a delicious sounding turkey dinner for $27.95. The blog also says that Portobello Country Italian Trattoria will have a prix fixe menu that day as well, and it appears to have some availability. The menu is not included for that restaurant.

The only quick service restaurants on the list with Thanksgiving fare are the food courts at the All-Star resorts and Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion at Epcot. I can't vouch for the Thanksgiving meals at Sunshine Seasons, but I can tell you that it is one of my family's favorite quick service venues throughout the year.

We will be at Walt Disney World, too, for Thanksgiving, but we decided to skip the traditional turkey and stuffing this year in favor of the African flavors of Boma in Animal Kingdom Lodge. I have to say, though, that the Raglan Road menu tempted us when we saw it today.

I'm sorry I don't have more options to share with you, but I hope this helps. I'm looking forward to spending time with my husband and daughters at Walt Disney World over Thanksgiving. Wishing you a wonderful, memorable holiday as well. Enjoy your time with your little ones!
