    Does anyone know if you purchase park tickets and can’t get into the parks can you get a refund?? Planning a trip for August of 2021 but do t want to purchase tickets if it’s not going to Be what we are used to!!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad to hear you're planning a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth next year. I know I'm looking forward to my next vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. It just can't come soon enough! 

    The new Disney Park Pass System is allowing guests to make Park Reservations through September of 2021. I can understand why you would be concerned about purchasing Theme Park Tickets. If you purchase Theme Park Tickets on their own, they are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you purchase tickets as a part of a vacation package including a Resort Hotel reservation, then you can cancel the package 30 days before your arrival date with no charge. Fortunately, there is a handy Park Availability tool that you can use to check the availability before you purchase Theme Park Tickets. Whether you are just purchasing tickets or you are purchasing a vacation package, I'm sure you will feel better checking the availability of Park Reservations before finalizing your reservations.
