Does anyone know if the Pirate Adventure cruise is only at the GF? Someone said it is also at CBR. Or is CBR on one of the Ports of call? Any comments on the Pirate Adventure also welcome. Boys will be truning 5 and 7 while we are there. THANKS !

Karen there are actually several pirate type cruises through-out Walt Disney World.  There is the Albatross Treasure Cruise at the Yacht and Beach Club resorts, the Bayou Pirate Cruise which sets sail from the Port Orleans marina, Disney's Pirate Adventure from the Grand Floridian, and the Island of the Caribbean Pirate Cruise out of the Caribbean resort.  All are similar in design but have their own routes in search of the treasure.  They have been very popular with the young lads and lasses.  The age requirements for this two hour journey is 4-12 years of age.  The children must be comfortable in leaving their parents behind.  At least two crew members will be on board and they are CPR trained.  All children must wear the life jackets which will be provided.

There is also a Pirate Tutorial that takes place in front of the attraction Pirates of the Caribbean in the Magic Kingdom.  This happens at various times through-out the day and is an opportunity for the young children to learn how to be a Magic Kingdom pirate for the day.  If you have a future pirate this might also be something they will want to do during their stay at Walt Disney World!
