    Does anyone know the name of the restaurant you see people eating at when you are riding in the boat on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride? And do you know what kind of food they serve?

    I believe you are remembering the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland.  I love that restaurant there called the Blue Bayou with Louisiana inspired cooking.  You sit in a moonlit setting as you watch the Pirates of the Caribbean passenger boats drift by.  it serves lunch and dinner.

    At Walt Disney World in Florida there is one restaurant where you can dine and watch the boats from the attraction, It's A Small World.  This is Pinocchio Village Haus.  It is located in Fantasyland and offers pizza, Italian sandwiches, soups, and salads.  If you are lucky  to snag a window seat you can watch the action for the Small World ride.
