Does anyone know, If lucky enough to get a "bounce back offer" during a WDW resort stay, in order to take advantage of the offer, do you HAVE to return to same resort, or would it be possible to use the offer but upgrade/downgrade resort choice n

Hi, Nancy!   You will often find a bounceback offer in your room when staying on Disney property (and if you do not, call the resort concierge to see if one is available.)   Many resort choices are available;  you do not need to stay at the resort you are currently visiting.     Remember that you do need to book the offer before you check-out, so have some dates in mind for your next magical Walt Disney World vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
